in order for you to undertake a course that involves a high-risk work licence outcome, Corrsafe has to notify WHSQ of our intention to conduct an assessment, including the details of the candidates we intend to assess.
In order to notify WHSQ of the assessment, we are required to provide the following candidate details:
- Full name, as displayed on your government-issued ID card (QLD Drivers licence etc)
- Residential Address
- Mobile number
- Email Address
