Prerequisites & Entry Requirements
🔹 Minimum Age: Participants must be at least 16 years of age.
🔹 English Language: Participants must complete a Language, Literacy, and Numeracy (LLN) assessment to ensure they can meet course requirements. We offer LLN assistance, learning support, and referrals to other services. Speak with our team before enrolment if you require additional assistance.
🔹 Physical Fitness: A reasonable level of fitness is required for the practical components.
🔹 Identification: Valid photo ID, please refer to page 9 of Evidence of Identity document.
🔹 USI Requirement: Participants must have a Unique Student Identifier (USI) to enrol. Visit www.usi.gov.au for more info. Corrsafe verifies each USI with the Registrar prior to use, in accordance with the Student Identifiers Act.
🔹 PPE: Participants must wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including high-visibility shirt or vest and closed in shoes. Training will be conducted using an industry-standard telescopic materials handler, relevant attachments, and compliant PPE. Corrsafe can supply PPE (hi-vis and steel-cap boots) if required.
📋 Note: All participants complete a brief Learner Suitability Self-Assessment at the start of the course to confirm their readiness and identify any support needs.

A typical roller operations course is delivered over:

🔹 1–2 days for new or inexperienced learners

📖 Knowledge assessment (written and/or oral)
🛠 Practical demonstration of roller operations, including:
Pre-start inspections
Safe manoeuvring and compaction tasks
Operation on flat and sloped terrain
Hazard identification and risk controls
📄 Completion of relevant workplace documentation (e.g. SWMS or risk assessments where applicable)
All assessments align with the unit requirements, Principles of Assessment, and Rules of Evidence.

Corrsafe Enterprises Pty Ltd does not accept prepaid fees exceeding $1500 per learner prior to delivery. All fee management complies with Clause 18 of the Compliance Standards for RTOs 2025.
